Does Globel share your personal information?
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we do not sell our customers' personal information to others. We only share personal information about customers as described below, and with VSE VOSMERKI PRIVATE LIMITED and subsidiaries controlled by VSE VOSMERKI PRIVATE LIMITED that are either covered by this privacy notice or adhere to practices that are at least as protective as those described in this notice.
· Transactions involving third parties: We provide you with services, products, applications, or skills provided by third parties for use on or through the Globel Services. We also offer services or sell product lines jointly with third parties, such as sellers on the marketplace, restaurants registered on Globel.in, merchants providing mobile top-up and bill payment services. You may understand that a third party is involved in your transactions, and we share customer personal information related to those transactions with that third party.
· Third-party service providers: We engage other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders for goods or services, delivering packages, sending mail and emails, removing duplicate information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid ads and links), processing payments, transmitting content, assessing and managing credit risk, and providing customer service. These third-party service providers have access to personal information necessary to perform their functions but may not use it for other purposes. Additionally, they are required to process personal information in accordance with applicable law.
· Business transfers: As our business evolves, we may buy or sell other companies or services. In such transactions, customer information is typically one of the transferred assets, but it remains subject to the commitments outlined in any previously existing privacy notices (unless the customer consents otherwise). Also, in the unlikely event that VSE VOSMERKI PRIVATE LIMITED or its subsidiaries, or substantially all of their assets, are acquired, customer information will be one of the transferred assets.
· Protection of VSE VOSMERKI PRIVATE LIMITED and others: We disclose account information and other personal information when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with the law; enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Globel, our users, or others. This includes sharing information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Except as stated above, you will receive notice if your personal information may be transferred to third parties, and you will have the opportunity to opt out of such information sharing.
How secure is my information?
We design our systems with your security and privacy in mind.
· We strive to protect your personal information during transmission by using encryption protocols and software.
· We adhere to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) when handling payment card data.
· We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards regarding the collection, storage, processing, and disclosure of customer personal information. Our security procedures mean that we may ask you for verification of identity before disclosing personal information.
· Our devices have security features that protect them from unauthorized access and data loss. You can manage these features and customize them according to your needs.

What about advertising?
· Third-party advertisers and links to other websites: The Globel Services may contain third-party advertising and links to other websites and applications. Third-party advertising partners may collect information about you when you interact with their content, advertising, and services.
· Use of third-party advertising services: We provide advertising companies with information that enables them to show you more useful and relevant Globel ads and assess their effectiveness. We never share your name or other information that directly identifies you. Instead, we use an advertising identifier, such as a cookie, device identifier, or code obtained by applying irreversible cryptography to other information, such as your email address. For example, if you have already downloaded one of our applications, we will send your advertising identifier and event data so that you do not see ads for downloading that application again. Some advertising companies also use this information to offer you relevant ads from other advertisers.
What information can I access?
You can access your information, including your name, address, payment options, profile information, Globel membership, home settings, and purchase history, in the "Your Account" section of the website or mobile app.
What are my options?
If you have questions about how we collect and use your personal information, please contact our complaints officer. Many of our Globel Services also include settings that give you choices regarding the use of your information:
· As described above, you can always opt out of providing certain information, but in that case, you may not be able to take advantage of many Globel Services.
· The "Help" section of most browsers and devices will guide you on how to prevent your browser or device from accepting new cookies or other identifiers, how to set up notifications for receiving new cookies, or how to completely block cookies. Since cookies and identifiers enable you to use some important features of the Globel Services, we recommend keeping them on. For example, if you block or otherwise reject our cookies, you will not be able to add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, or use any Services requiring login.

If you have questions about how to change permissions on third-party manufactured devices, we recommend contacting your mobile carrier or device manufacturer.
